How does ordering work?
Add items to your basket and send your request. You get an email confirming we received it, then we confirm the order within 24 hours on WhatsApp or by email.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, for personalised items: a deposit (usually 50%) is asked before we start making them. The rest is paid on delivery or pick-up.
How long does it take?
Ready-made items ship within 24 to 48 hours. Personalised ones need a few days of making, shown on each design, plus delivery time.
Which picture should I send?
A sharp photo, ideally JPG or PNG, taken in good light. If the quality isn't good enough, we tell you before printing.
Do you deliver across Morocco?
Yes. Delivery is quick in Meknes and we ship to every city in Morocco. Delivery is free above a certain amount.
Can I change my order?
As long as we haven't started making it, yes: message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
